Note: I started work on this story in 1996. Other work delayed the second issue of this story from being finished until 2001. I was shocked when in 1997 the spike covered design of Bane was debuted in the Batman and Robin film. Before that the only thing this character (Dolor) and Bane had in common was a Mexican wrestling mask. I kept my design anyway.

This layout rocks! That first panel is great! And I like how Bane looks in these pages rather than the movie. The Batman books are always better.
